The role
INTHEKNOW Global is a creator management and influencer marketing agency seeking a Junior Talent Manager in Birmingham to support client relations, organise brand collaborations, and develop talent strategies. The candidate must have 1-2 years experience in Talent or Influencer Marketing, with strong communication and organisational skills. They will manage inbound requests, assist with campaigns, and support senior team members in various projects. Knowledge of the influencer landscape and social media platforms such as Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok is essential. The role involves building relationships with talent and brand partners, researching new talent, and contributing to social media content creation. A proactive team player with excellent multitasking skills and industry awareness will excel in this position.
