The role
Lead end-to-end distribution center improvements by applying continuous improvement tools and overseeing process quality engineers.
Create strategic partnerships with site leadership to drive end-to-end performance enhancements.
Balance workload between network-driven projects and site-specific improvements, delivering sustainable savings.
Apply RCA, Time and Motion Studies, SPC, 5S, Six Sigma, and related methodologies to eliminate losses and standardize gains.
Support the Performance System and Daily Management System through problem solving, root cause analysis, countermeasures, and cross-functional collaboration.
Develop teams by training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based environment, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of belonging and integrity.
