Area Sales Manager - Safety Barriers & Solutions
Field-based sales role selling a high-quality range of safety solutions, including safety barriers, bollards, height restrictors, and safety gates, to large industrial end users. Cover the Yorkshire & Humberside territory with a primary focus on new business development and account growth. Aim for approximately £1m annual turnover by winning and expanding strategic end-user accounts such as DHL, BMW, Nestlé, and JCR. Utilize a consultative, solution-based selling approach that emphasizes quality, safety, and total value over price. Requirements include proven field sales or route-to-market experience, strong business development skills, and product knowledge in safety or related industrial solutions. Remuneration includes £45,000–£55,000 base salary, £7,200 commission, a company car, and a comprehensive benefits package.
