The role
Provide expert technical support for a high-end range of fixing systems used in building envelopes, facades, and curtain walling.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate, timely site testing and documentation (reports, certificates, C4C) ready for audits.
Deliver effective technical training to installers to improve safety, compliance, and confidence.
Offer fast, accurate technical advice via the technical helpline and maintain credibility across all touchpoints.
Work on-site in London with the ability to travel to sites, holding a valid driver's license, and operate with professionalism and organization.
Requires degree/HND in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering; construction industry experience is preferred, with graduates considered.
