The role
Prepare and generate PS&E packages for transportation, roadway, and utility projects.
Lead project tasks, coordinate field activities, and oversee technical staff to ensure quality deliverables.
Apply ADA compliance, multimodal design, stormwater management, and green infrastructure across projects.
Collaborate with clients, agencies, vendors, and regulators while developing project scopes and proposals.
Perform regulatory research, design reviews, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 3–10 years of experience; PE license or reciprocity within 6 months; proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
