The role
A skilled carpenter is sought to undertake reactive maintenance and repairs within social housing properties in Luton, Dunstable and Bedford. The role involves performing a variety of general carpentry repairs in occupied social housing, requiring a strong reactive maintenance background. Candidates should have good technical skills and a professional, reliable approach, with a full UK driving licence. Experience in social housing is preferred but not essential. The position offers a permanent, full-time contract with the opportunity to earn competitive pay and overtime rates.
