The role
Deliver exceptional, individualized care for residents according to each care plan.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
Report changes in health status to the clinical team promptly and accurately.
Build compassionate connections with residents and families to foster a positive experience.
Engage in ongoing learning, attend educational seminars, and participate in staff meetings.
Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality, and perform additional duties as assigned.
