The role
Drive core technology development for large language model code direction, continuously optimizing code comprehension, reasoning, and generation capabilities.
Improve code understanding and generation in real-world production codebases, with emphasis on performance, reliability, and privacy compliance.
Investigate Code Agent capabilities suitable for production environments to enhance R&D efficiency.
Conduct rigorous ML/NLP research on LLMs and generative AI, contributing to publishable results and system integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings clearly, and translate research into practical tooling and features.
Participate in a structured PhD internship program offering hands-on projects, mentorship, and opportunities to influence product and platform roadmaps.
