The role
Lead risk-based compliance testing and monitoring to ensure adherence to applicable local, state, federal laws and case law.
Research, interpret, and implement policies; develop test plans and validate controls to identify deficiencies and risk implications.
Conduct internal compliance reviews and communicate findings with actionable corrective actions to management.
Manage cross-functional regulatory projects, deliver training, and implement comprehensive compliance programs.
Consolidate data for audits and regulator inquiries, and collaborate with stakeholders to respond to inquiries.
Maintain up-to-date regulatory rationale and documentation, monitor program effectiveness, and report on performance.
