The role
Handle day-to-day credit operations, including data processing, due date monitoring, documentation, and transaction closing.
Coordinate with Legal to prepare and execute contractual documents after approval and liaise with Back Office for post-approval processing.
Monitor security and collateral documents, credit facilities/lines, and covenant compliance on an ongoing basis.
Support Standby Letters of Credit issuance and respond to client-related transaction requests.
Ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
Role requires at least 3 years in corporate banking or financial services, with strong MS Office skills and bilingual Japanese-English preferred.
