The role
The Insurance Construction Estimator evaluates insurance claims and develops accurate cost estimates for roofing and restoration projects. Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and submissions, ensuring clarity and precision for clients and insurers. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to confirm project requirements and maintain schedule integrity. Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth claim processing and timely approvals. Utilize industry-standard estimation software and stay current on material and labor costs to produce reliable estimates. Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable standards and provide detailed budgets and proposals.
