The role
Greet customers warmly and provide enthusiastic assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
Resolve issues proactively while managing multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
Support omnichannel shopping to ensure a seamless, positive experience across in-store and online touchpoints.
Execute and expedite point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Complete floor replenishment and shipments while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
Explain current promotions and loyalty programs (including credit), and maintain flexibility to meet scheduling needs (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
