The role
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients in the Allentown area.
You will build and maintain long-lasting relationships, assess client needs, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
You will oversee policy administration, including endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
You will conduct risk assessments and analyze coverage options to align with clients' risk management objectives.
You will assist with the claims process, communicate with carriers and adjusters, and advocate for timely, fair resolutions.
You will identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development.
