The role
Define and own the end-to-end mechanical systems roadmap for AI-scale compute environments.
Lead multidisciplinary teams through design, construction, commissioning, and lifecycle operations while establishing governance for scalability and energy efficiency.
Develop and deploy next-generation cooling technologies, including direct-to-chip liquid cooling, immersion cooling, and rear-door heat exchangers, supported by CFD and thermal modeling.
Collaborate with electrical and controls teams to deliver integrated thermal-power architectures that maximize density and reliability.
Oversee commissioning, testing, predictive analytics, real-time monitoring, and continuous improvement with measurable uptime KPIs.
Influence executives and engineering teams through strong communication and vendor management to sustain performance across global deployments.
