The role
The Senior Construction Estimator delivers accurate, timely cost estimates to guide competitive bids and ensure profitability on construction projects.
Lead and oversee the full estimating process, from initial bid through final proposal, ensuring estimates are completed within budget and schedule.
Quantify costs by assessing materials, methods, labor, and site conditions, and incorporate BIM data and constructability insights.
Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to source quotes, validate assumptions, and mitigate risk.
Collaborate with project management to translate estimates into actionable plans and monitor cost performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; 10+ years of estimating experience; and proficiency with estimating software and BIM tools; professional certifications preferred.
