The role
Lead and deliver AI-focused incident management solutions, serving as a technical lead for complex projects.
Develop AI SRE agents and chatbots using LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph to improve driver experiences and marketplace reliability.
Build scalable full-stack backends and efficient web interfaces, with strong emphasis on Go and Python.
Deploy ML pipelines and integrate AI agents with infrastructure, while conducting code and design reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure smooth mobile integration, and contribute to post-mortems through root-cause analysis.
Provide mentorship, drive platform thinking, and uphold high standards for code quality, ownership, and scalability; participate in on-call rotations.
