The role
We are seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join a dynamic investment transactions team.
Represent lenders in financing transactions and alternative investment firms in debt and equity investments.
Advise private equity fund investors on control and growth equity investments.
Counsel portfolio companies in acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions.
Collaborate to structure and negotiate complex investment agreements and perform due diligence.
Draft documents and manage closings in a fast-paced environment; requires 2-6 years of relevant experience.
