The role
The role involves leading major network projects supporting multiple sites within a large-scale organisation undergoing network modernisation. The engineer will work closely with network architecture and be the primary technical escalation point for the network estate, supporting proof of concepts, pilots, and new initiatives like Zero Trust, NAC, and SD-WAN. Candidates should have significant experience in senior network engineering or architecture, with strong knowledge of protocols such as DHCP, TCP, and BGP. Expertise in Cisco Meraki design, deployment, and troubleshooting is essential, along with experience in large, distributed multi-site environments. The position is remote, offering an annual salary between £70,000 and £80,000 depending on experience.
