Greet members and guests at the entrance and assist with check-ins, questions, and club navigation.\nPromote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the floor and supporting their fitness journeys.\nHandle membership duties including sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and transfers, and conduct tours for prospective members.\nProcess retail transactions, drive sales, and answer phones with friendly, professional service.\nMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, restrooms, and shared spaces, and promptly address maintenance or safety issues.\nCollaborate with the team, follow policies, and participate in ongoing training, including CPR/AED certification as needed.
