The role
Design, prototype, and deploy robust, scalable personalization features across the Gemini App stack.
Analyze user feedback, logs, and evaluation tasks to identify personalization quality issues and opportunities.
Improve performance through targeted fine-tuning, prompting, and data-driven techniques.
Build robust automated and human-in-the-loop evaluation methods to hill-climb personalization quality.
Serve as the primary owner and judge of model output quality for specific personalization features.
Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to drive continuous improvement and impact.
