The role
Contribute to research and development of models powering dating outcomes and experiment with the latest ML innovations (e.g., LLM agents, MMoE, VAEs).
Build scalable, available systems with cost-conscious design.
Collaborate with ML Engineers, PMs, Data Engineers, and Scientists to understand user needs and improve experiences through ML.
Move models to production within the AI platform, monitor them, and iterate on serving infrastructure.
Translate research into practical solutions that drive meaningful dates for millions of users.
Embrace fast-paced collaboration and deliver measurable outcomes.
