The role
Lead the integration of AI into core developer workflows by designing structured, agentic SDLC patterns. Build and maintain AI-augmented tools across IDE/CLI, GitHub, Slack, Jira/Confluence, and internal IDP to reduce manual effort and cycle time. Create workflows for code authoring, automated test generation, incident response, and onboarding with human-in-the-loop gates. Develop and maintain SaaS integrations via APIs and custom connectors, ensuring AI features are intuitive for both technical and non-technical users. Lead internal enablement through playbooks, goldent prompts, and onboarding guides while fostering an AI-native engineering culture. Drive measurable outcomes with data-driven experiments, tracking PR velocity, cycle time, and quality metrics.
