The role
A&O Shearman is seeking a Principal AI Engineer in London to lead AI and machine learning initiatives, overseeing model development, deployment, and integration into business systems. Expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is required, alongside knowledge of AI code-writing tools with appropriate controls. Effective stakeholder engagement, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of current IT and data trends are essential for this senior role. The position supports hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 30% office presence and is aimed at candidates with proven project management and global team leadership experience.
