The role
Lead and grow a regional construction book by underwriting a broad range of construction risks.
Trade with brokers through regular face-to-face interactions to build strong relationships and market presence.
Underwrite complex, larger construction risks within delegated authority to support sustainable profitability.
Collaborate with capacity providers and internal stakeholders to align on strategy and capacity.
Shape the regional construction proposition and contribute to the longer-term growth of the team.
Drive the development of a profitable, scalable book and be a visible market leader in the region.
