The role
Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced agentic AI systems for commerce and shopping.
Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and implement multi-agent reasoning with context-aware capabilities.
Build and maintain production-grade ML pipelines, MLOps/LLMOps practices, and scalable evaluation.
Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to define the next generation of AI interfaces and experiences.
Experiment with reinforcement learning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and online adaptation to improve behavior and responses.
Provide clear technical trade-offs and insights to influence AI strategy and product decisions.
