The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions that solve complex business problems and improve customer experiences.
Build scalable models, NLP/Deep Learning pipelines, and data workflows with data scientists and engineers.
Own model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring, and troubleshoot performance issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products and services.
Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and stay ahead of AI/ML advancements.
Operate in an agile, distributed environment, integrating with cloud-based data systems and third-party solutions.
