The role
Researchers and implement scalable AI systems that meet business needs in life sciences, including commercial, clinical, and R&D data.
Enhance data pipelines, storage, and data quality to ensure integrity and cleanliness while optimizing learning processes for high-performance models.
Design, build, and maintain production AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms and on-prem environments, including Generative AI, NLP, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring solutions align with sector-specific datasets and regulatory requirements.
Lead DevOps/MLOps workflows (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD) and monitoring, retraining, and feedback loops to sustain model performance.
Requirements include 3-6 years of AI/ML experience, strong Python, data manipulation (SQL, Pandas, Spark), and excellent communication with diverse teams; ability to travel for client engagements.
