The role
A care home in Colne is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join as Care Assistants on night shifts. The role involves providing personalised, hands-on care to support residents' physical, emotional and spiritual needs, following care plans and promoting well-being. Candidates should have experience in care, a care certificate or willingness to achieve one, and a good understanding of elder care principles. Teamwork, self-motivation, and confidence are essential skills for effective performance in this role. The position offers part-time and full-time opportunities with shifts from 1945 to 0800, including alternate weekends, within a supportive care environment.
