The role
Detail-oriented Construction Estimator needed to support pursuit and award of work by preparing accurate bids and budgets across diverse markets.
Prepare lump-sum bids independently and as part of a collaborative estimating team, managing multiple pursuits with strong prioritization.
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, develop bid scopes, and translate them into clear, organized bid proposals.
Level and qualify subcontractor proposals, establish general conditions and requirements, and create logistics plans and bid schedules.
Analyze budget unit costs, identify cost drivers, and propose practical, value-driven solutions throughout the estimating process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from preconstruction to operations and support strategic bid-to-win goals.
