The role
Lead project teams through planning, design, construction, and occupancy for complex campus development projects.
Define project scope, budgets, and schedules with input from clients, consultants, and contractors.
Qualify contractors, review bids, and manage contracts to ensure performance against specifications.
Coordinate access, shutdowns, tie-ins, and site logistics with stakeholders and campus operations.
Monitor progress through periodic site inspections, progress reporting, and risk management.
Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and cost-control objectives.
