The role
Lead and implement research innovations in machine learning algorithms for large-scale recommendation systems, focusing on real-time and personalized experiences in live streaming and e-commerce contexts.
Develop and integrate LLMs and graph neural networks to tackle cold-start, personalization, and social-interest modeling across end-to-end recommendation chains.
Advance end-to-end modeling to simplify recall–ranking–re-ranking pipelines and improve robustness to content drift.
Prototype, evaluate, and deploy production-grade models with low-latency inference in fast-paced, data-rich environments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate complex business problems into rigorous ML experiments and tangible metrics.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork while driving research-to-product transitions and maintaining high coding standards.
