The role
An enterprise architect manager specialising in security is responsible for leading security architecture practices and standards across the organisation. They partner with business and technology stakeholders to define target architectures and roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities. They manage and develop teams of architects, overseeing architectural reviews and governance to ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and support business objectives. They own enterprise-wide security frameworks, adapt architectural decisions to meet risk and regulatory standards, and chair review boards to guide secure technology adoption. The role requires expertise in security architecture, risk management, cloud, and infrastructure security, along with strong stakeholder management skills.
