The role
Deliver an exceptional experience for professional customers, including contractors and commercial clients.
Support every stage of the Pro customer journey, from efficient order fulfillment to safe loading.
Provide expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions to meet project needs.
Build and maintain professional relationships, drive sales through product knowledge, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations.
Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics while assisting at the Pro Desk, loading materials, and managing deliveries.
Collaborate to maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, resolve delivery issues, and highlight competitive advantages.
