The role
Join a growing firm in the Denver area as a Civil Engineer PE focused on land development.
Lead site development projects for commercial and residential sites from concept through final design for construction.
Serve as a hands-on design engineer and senior mentor to junior engineers and designers.
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver compliant, cost-effective solutions while meeting schedules and budgets.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, PE licensure, and 10+ years of land development experience; proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; water resources experience is a plus.
In-person work with a flexible schedule and a small, agile team that values technical excellence and collaboration.
