The role
The role involves supporting large, complex digital transformation programmes by developing and maintaining change plans, engaging stakeholders, and assessing change maturity across defence organisations. The consultant will facilitate workshops, develop communication strategies, and create visual impact analyses to support organisational change initiatives. Duties include working with multidisciplinary teams, aligning change activities with strategic objectives, and managing client relationships. Candidates will need expertise in change methodologies, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with an understanding of a human-centric approach. Experience within defence or similar environments and relevant change management certifications are advantageous, although not essential.
