The role
Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a motivated Band 6 Respiratory Physiotherapist to join their dynamic therapy team. The role involves nine-month rotations across clinical cardiothoracic and respiratory areas, providing exposure to specialist treatments supported by senior clinicians. Applicants should be passionate about cardiothoracic and respiratory physiotherapy, confident in patient care, and capable of supervising junior staff and contributing to service enhancement. The position offers structured development, mentorship, and opportunities for continuous professional development within a multidisciplinary team. Core hours are Monday to Friday with a rotation including weekend work and participation in emergency respiratory on‑call services after training.
