The role
Build and own end-to-end machine learning systems that turn language models into real-world product experiences.
Define model selection, training strategies, data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and scalable inference architectures.
Design and adapt frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible) and push beyond standard chatbot use cases.
Develop alignment, safety, and guardrails; curate high-quality synthetic and real-world training data.
Own deployment: GPU optimization, latency reduction, and scalable deployment policies.
Shape early product direction by prototyping, testing, and shipping AI-powered experiences with a small, high-performance team.
