The role
The role involves representing campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement, engaging with the public in a friendly and professional manner, building positive relationships to create memorable experiences, achieving individual and team performance goals, and participating in coaching and personal development activities. Candidates should possess a confident and positive attitude, excellent communication skills, a friendly outgoing personality, and self-motivation with a willingness to learn. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or sales is advantageous but not essential, as full training and ongoing support are provided.
