The role
Oversee daily home health office operations, including scheduling, records management, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate patient care with clinical staff and providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Build and nurture referral networks with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners.
Lead marketing efforts and meetings to promote home health services and grow program referrals.
Manage office workflow and finances (including QuickBooks) to optimize staffing and client service.
Coach and supervise team members; drive training and development to enhance performance and patient outcomes.
