Lead Finance Officer

Lead Finance Officer providing strategic and operational financial leadership across all areas. Own budget preparation, monitoring, and spend analysis while supporting budget holders as the primary finance contact. Drive efficiencies, cost savings, and cash flow management. Develop and monitor KPIs; contribute to the financial business plan and regular reporting. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, statutory accounts, and assurance materials for audit and governance. Ensure compliance with Financial Regulations and Standing Orders, and collaborate across departments on financial governance and rent setting.
