The role
A womenswear print and graphic designer is responsible for developing innovative print, graphic, placement, and branding concepts that align with seasonal trends and brand identity. They interpret global fashion and cultural trends to create collections across womenswear categories, including all-over and engineered prints, embroidery, and slogans. The role involves preparing artwork for production with industry-standard software, liaising with suppliers, and reviewing samples to meet critical deadlines. Candidates should possess strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, hand-drawing, and digital illustration, combined with commercial awareness and trend interpretation. Experience with fast-paced fashion environments, international factories, and sustainability practices is essential. The role requires excellent organisation, communication, and collaboration skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
