The role
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI agent engineering team delivering end-to-end AI agent solutions.
Translate business requirements from product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders into robust AI/ML architectures.
Ensure timely delivery with a strong focus on reliability, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with platform architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration and scalable performance within the enterprise platform.
Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, orchestration) and engage with vendors and open-source communities.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and strong collaboration, with emphasis on clear communication and leadership.
