The role
Lead the design and implementation of AI agents and backend services for a next-generation AI platform.
Evaluate LLMs and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and impact.
Design and optimize prompts, guardrails, and deployment workflows to ensure safe, scalable AI outcomes.
Build APIs, microservices, and data integrations that power AI features with a focus on performance and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable code and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and product managers.
Stay current with AI advances, participate in experimentation, and contribute to best practices in AI safety and software engineering.
