The role
Lead and mentor multiple ML workstreams, guiding architectural decisions across detection models.
Design generalizable ML systems to address critical gaps in message and attack detection at scale.
Define how heuristic, behavioral, NLP, and deep learning models integrate within a unified detection engine.
Own end-to-end ML lifecycle—from data analysis and feature engineering to productionization, deployment, and monitoring.
Develop automated retraining and evaluation pipelines to adapt to new and unseen attacks.
Influence the technical roadmap and provide mentorship to elevate team performance.
