The role
A leading manufacturer is seeking a skilled and driven Manufacturing Engineer to join its high-performance production team. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge military technology in a role that blends hands-on engineering with strategic process development. You’ll be responsible for optimising manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the introduction of new products into production. Working closely with design, quality, and operations teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that complex assemblies meet rigorous standards for performance and reliability. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, experience in high-spec manufacturing environments, and proficiency with CAD and ERP systems, along with good communication skills and eligibility for UK Security Clearance.
