The role
Seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join the legal team and navigate a rapidly evolving industry.
Lead and manage litigation and regulatory matters, and advise on strategy to mitigate legal risk.
Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, negotiate settlements, and try cases.
Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and fully reimbursed; on-site campus role.
