The role
Lead the design and operation of scalable ML infrastructure for training, evaluation, and deployment of large-scale autonomous driving models.
Own distributed training techniques, performance profiling, and optimization across ML accelerators and hardware.
Build end-to-end pipelines covering data generation, model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation with robust metrics.
Work at the intersection of data engineering, model development, and simulation to deliver measurable technical outcomes.
Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams and translate product goals into executable plans.
Drive impact by enabling rapid experimentation, reducing bottlenecks, and improving the overall driver system performance.
