The role
On-site Human Resources Generalist role requiring fluent Spanish for a diverse workforce in Azerables.
Lead Workers’ Compensation management, including claims coordination and reporting.
Oversee Benefits Administration and administer HR programs with accuracy.
Provide employee relations support and ensure compliance across HR operations.
Partner with leadership to address HR issues, policy implementation, and process improvement.
Mornings shift with a pay rate of $40.00-$45.00 DOE.
