The role
Lead and mentor a high-performing industrial engineering team to optimize all-electric aircraft manufacturing workflows.
Develop and implement manufacturing processes, layouts, and automation initiatives to maximize efficiency and minimize cycle times.
Define and monitor KPIs, analyze production data, forecast manpower, and drive continuous improvement across functions.
Plan work strategies, manage capacity, and coordinate equipment installations and facility modifications.
Lead cost reduction initiatives, provide cost-benefit analyses, and support make-or-buy decisions.
Collaborate across departments, train teams on process changes and Lean tools, and foster an inclusive, safe work environment.
