The role
Conduct one-on-one appointments to present and sell Cutco products, focusing on customers' needs during in-home or virtual demonstrations.
Earn a guaranteed base pay with additional commission opportunities based on performance, with weekly pay based on the higher amount.
Receive thorough initial training plus ongoing coaching, guidance, and opportunities for advancement within the role.
Set a flexible schedule by choosing weekly availability to accommodate school, internships, holidays, exams, or family responsibilities.
After training, work locally with meetings and training sessions held in the office or via virtual platforms as needed.
